Enhancing security: Starting March 11, 2024, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is coming to all Office 365 accounts. Stay protected with Microsoft’s latest security measures

We hope this message finds you well.

As part of our ongoing commitment to bolstering the security of your digital experience, we would like to inform you about an upcoming change in Microsoft’s policy that will impact your Office 365 account.

Effective March 11, 2024, Microsoft is implementing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all of our Clients Office 365 accounts.

What does this mean for you?

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring two forms of identification before granting access. In addition to your usual password, you’ll need to verify your identity through a secondary method, such as a mobile app, text message, or phone call.

Why the change?

Cybersecurity threats are evolving, and it’s crucial to stay ahead of potential risks. By implementing 2FA, Microsoft aims to enhance the protection of your data and ensure the confidentiality of your Office 365 account.

How can you prepare?

We understand that changes like these may raise questions, and we want to assure you that our team is working diligently to assist with a smooth transition. In the coming weeks, you may receive communication from us providing step-by-step guides and resources to help you set up Two-Factor Authentication seamlessly.
